11. Beverly Hills Home

Purchased in 1966 and located in the affluent Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills, is filled with Elton's Art collections from over the years.

Elton paid around $33 million dollars for the three-story Mediterranean villa and it covers around 25,000 square feet with several elevators to save climbing all those pesky stairs.

It has seven main bedrooms, three en suite staff bedrooms, ten full and twelve half bathrooms, nine fireplaces, and an eleven car subterranean garage.

The double-height foyer, baronial formal living/dining rooms, and commercial-grade kitchen are joined by a library/office, family room, screening room, wine cellar, and gym.

Outside you will find a mosaic tiled swimming pool, adjacent pool house with indoor/outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, and lighted tennis court with viewing pavilion.

10. Wabi Sabi Yacht

Featuring a large entertainment center that has a 50-inch wide plasma TV, this massive yacht was purchased by Elton John for around $25 million dollars.

The yacht is said to be one of the favorite getaway's for the star and Husband David Furnish when they are on holiday in places like Italy.

She can sleep up to twelve guests in eight rooms, and along with a crew of twelve, she offers access to a jacuzzi on deck, gym, swimming platform, and a barbecue area.

This 164ft mega yacht has several al fresco dining spaces and her twin 3,650hp MTU diesel engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles and she is fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilizers.

9. Park Place Condo

Expanded by merging two apartments into one, Sir Elton's Atlanta home is designed to accommodate entertaining around twenty people and was designed by Stan Topol and Fred Dilger.

The apartment now serves as his base of operations within the United States and features five reception rooms, a billiards room, and a squash court.

The 6,000-square-foot duplex has a guest bedroom and upstairs sitting room, a large master bedroom.

The grand triple story modern apartment features several well-furnished rooms and is the same house where Sir Elton John and David Furnish honeymooned after their marriage.

The city was the original home of the world famous Marco Polo and is the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea.

6. Holland Park House

What is a favorite locale among the wealthy and fashion aficionados, Sir Elton owns a home in the Holland Park area of West London among large Victorian homes and high-class shopping stores and restaurants?

The house is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and collectibles and was a place for him to store much of his large art collection before he sold the house for $1.4 million dollars.

Now sold for an estimated $4.65 million dollars, Sir Elton John's Apartment which was located in the Sierra Towers building, West Hollywood, Los Angeles is Situated just next to the celebrity-infested area of Beverly Hills.

The apartment building was built in 1965 and was originally called the Spoon Apartment Building.

The apartment was well designed and as always with Sir Elton's properties, extremely well decorated, with a Tracey Emin neon installation and platinum leaf work on the ceiling.

There are enthralling city views from the living room and the apartment has a massive master bedroom.

The Sierra towers complex has been a favorite haunt for celebrities over the years and before he sold it, Sir Elton could count famous people such as Joan Collins, David Geffen, Diahann Carroll, George Hamilton, Brody Jenner, and Rachel Zoe as some of his neighbors.

3. Ferrari Testarossa

While Sir Elton was not a massive super-car fan, he did own several fast cars which he considered toys at the time.

His Ferrari Testarossa, which has now been auctioned off, along with many of his other cars, was gifted to the singer on his 40th birthday by his record company in the United States.

The car does not come cheap and had an estimated price tag of $181,000 in 1989 with it featuring a 4.9 Litre Tipo F113 B Ferrari flat-12 engine.

The engine produces 390 hp while the top speed was estimated at 180 mph for the European version and 176 mph for the US-spec model.

Possibly one of the most famous houses Sir Elton has ever owned, this home is located right next door to the Queen's palace in Windsor, London.

The Rolls Rolls Royce Phantom V is a car for the stars, and as with many of the cars he once owned, Sir Elton auctioned this car off too.

The car featured a 6,230 cc 90-degree V8 with twin SU carburetors, coupled to a 4-speed automatic transmission.

The ultra-exclusive four-door limousine was produced by Rolls-Royce Limited from 1959 to 1968 with only a total of 516 Phantom Vs ever made.

Notable Phantom V owners included Queen Elizabeth II and her mother which is another reason why Sir Elton originally owned this type of car.

The car has a top speed of 155 mph, a 0-60 speed of 5 seconds and a price tag in the region today, of around $125,000 dollars.
