Starting a New Workout Routine
Hello friends, fans, and family, I hope that you are having an awesome day. And if you are not having a good day, then I am hopeful that after reading this you will be having an awesome day. I started a new workout routine and food intake program for the purpose of losing weight and trimming up. It is a big thing for me because I love to eat, and I also enjoy sweets. I also developed a community of friends in the place that I ate at. So, I felt compelled to go there and I wanted to go because my friends were there. This became a problem when I decided to eat better and lose weight and to get back into the gym.

Yes, It Is Hard but You Can Do It
Hello friends, fans, and family, How are you doing today? Are you staying motivated? Are you staying focused on your fitness goals? Yes, it is going to be hard and if you are already working out then you know it is hard to do. It is not easy saying no to your friends, telling a close friend that you don't want to hang out with them because while y'all are hanging out you all consume too much alcohol, unhealthy foods, and/or sweets. Every once and a while is not bad, right? The problem with that is you will put pressure on yourself to hang out with them, "like old times," and that will kill your workout efforts because you can't consume that amount of unhealthy foods and/or alcohol and get to the fitness level that you want. Your real friends will understand and support you in your decision. However, this fitness effort will change your life. So, that is why I say it is a life style change and you may lose some friends in the process because you are trying to get to a better fitness level. Even though this effort has nothing to do with them, they may see it as a personal attack because you are trying to better yourself and because you can't hang out as much. There is nothing wrong with preparation and setting goals for yourself. Do your research and know what exercises to do to get to the fitness level that you want to achieve.

Stay Committed to Your Fitness Goals
Hello friends, fans, and family, Here I am once again to show you that it can be done and that you can achieve your fitness goals. Okay, I know that it gets hard to go to the gym every other day, and it is hard to count calories, and it is not always fun to learn about your own body, and it can be boring learning about the best exercises that will give you the results that you are looking for, and want. To try and do something that everyone talks about and few people achieve and maintain is difficult. To defeat the one thing that has defeated so many people aspiring to be better can be intimidating. That one thing is time and your endurance or better yet, endurance over time. You see it is hard enough going to the gym and seeing all the fit people who have been doing it for years and in the best shape of their lives. It is intimidating, to see all these excellent athletes and fitness people working out and having fun.

Everyone Fails, Even in Fitness
Hello friends, fans, and family, Failing is never easy. Even in fitness people fail on several first attempts but the persons that does not give up and keep on going will achieve their fitness goals. I know you may say it is easy said than done so I will give you some examples. If you choose to watch this video I will talk about several reasons. I will use myself as an example. In 2006 started out at almost 300 pounds. I decided to lose weight I my goal was to get to 250 pounds. It seemed like nothing when I was talking to people, and maybe that was their way of trying to get me mentally ready for what was to come. As I engaged into this endeavor I learned that my calorie count played a very important part in me losing weight.

Getting Your Music Heard
When I first started as an independent artist I was not sure how I was going to get my music out to the world. Then came CD Baby. CD Baby is an independent platform for the indie artist. They get your music on every platform for possible sales and exposure. If you have not heard about them I strongly suggest that you check them out. They do charge an upfront fee for albums/EPs and singles but it is just a one time payment. It is worth it because of everything that you get from that one price.

Your Fitness Success
It is never easy to try to get in shape and it does not matter if it is a New Year's Resolution or not. Most people fail because they don't properly prepare and/or train. Some people just lose their motivation. There are several reasons why this happens; poor scheduling, unrealistic goals, improper management of time, internal doubt, naysayers, actual failure because of lack of goals and objective setting. All of these can and will make you fail at your attempt at a higher fitness level. In some cases, people think that they can start today and achieve it tomorrow and that is just not realistic.
