Top 5 Shonen Anime to Jump Start Your Week
Known to be one of the greatest anime genres of all time, shonen is what you can find almost any action packed anime or manga under. Shonen Jump sound familiar to anyone? Some of the longest airing anime (that are extremely popular) have been known to be classified under the shonen genre.

Top Anime from 2018
After finally getting a chance to reflect over the packed full television I watched in the past year, I found that 2018 gave me much more amazing anime to watch than any other year has so far. I cried, I laughed, and I cringed at the overuse of CGI that still hasn't been fully integrated yet (in my opinion). But overall, I couldn't get enough of what anime was dishing out this past year and I had a really hard time deciding on just ten to pick out for this list. Here we are! My top picks from 2018!

Ten of the Best Romance Manga to DateTop Story - August 2018
Ever since I can remember, I always loved to read. I could escape into a fantasy world or another reality where I could escape my own. I had no knowledge of the great expansive manga collections out there until I was introduced to the art form in middle school where I quickly became addicted. I have always been a sucker for a good romance, so I quickly found that my favorite genre of manga was, and still is, the shoujo, rom-com genre. Here is a list of what I believe to be some the greatest romance manga out there.

'Violet Evergarden' Series Review
I had this anime on my watchlist ever since it popped up on MyAnimeList recommendation page and it never really stuck out as something I was interested in watching. After deciding I needed something to binge-watch on my plane ride to Oklahoma City (that was probably a mistake on my part), I can now say that Violet Evergarden is one of the best anime I have seen in a very long time.

Your Next Obsession: Korean Dramas
While I was in college, I stumbled upon a new genre of shows after completing a good amount of American television shows. That genre happened to be Korean dramas (K-Dramas) and they have become one of my favorite new genres of television to watch. They are filled with over-the-top drama, lots of outrageous situations, and love stories that never get old. Here are my top five picks that got me sucked into this new genre.

5 Harem Anime That You'll Fall in Love With
With all the anime genres out there one of the best ones I have found that I always find to provide a good time are the harem anime. Not only are they usually pretty lighthearted and comedic, they also provide an exciting story to get you hooked. After binge-watching a couple of serious anime like Re:Zero and Elfen Lied, it's nice to be able to switch it up with a good ole' harem. Here are some of my top harem anime that keep me hooked on the genre.
