This song is about the end of a relationship with her ex-boyfriend. The words are haunting. “I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited. But I couldn't stay away, I couldn't fight it. I had hoped you'd see my face and that you'd be reminded that for me it isn't over.”

This song is featured on “Pretty Hate Machine” which was released in 1989. It is also featured on the Natural born Killers soundtrack.
