Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly Beef

Eminem stirred up some old beef with MGK last week by dissing him on his track "Not Alike" on the new sneak album he released Kamikaze.

“Now you wanna come and fuck with me, huh? This little cock-sucker, he must be feeling himself. He wants to keep up his tough demeanour, so he does a feature. Decides to team up with Nina. But next time you don’t gotta use Tech N9ne if you wanna come at me with a sub-machine gun. And I’m talking to you but you already know who the fuck you are, Kelly. I don’t use sublimes and sure as fuck don’t sneak-diss. But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie.”—Not Alike

The beef started back in 2012 when Machine Gun Kelly made a tweet saying that Eminem’s 16-year-old daughter, Hailie, was “hot as fuck”. Though it took Em six years to get back to that comment, he brought it up on his new album. Kelly actually used to idolize Eminem up until that tweet got him banned from social media platforms, and when the young rapper heard the nasty line directed to him on "Not Alike," he decided to fire back with a diss track of his own dedicated to his former idol.

The track titled "Rap Devil" drops several insults on the Rap God. He name drops Hailie on the track, calls Eminem’s beard weird and made several more cracks. Here are a few verses the rapper had to spit in response to "Not Alike."

“"I think my dad's gone crazy," yeah, Hailie, you rightDad's always mad cooped up in the studio, yellin' at the mic”
“Mad about somethin' I said in 2012Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a dissHomie we get it, we know that you're the greatest rapper aliveFuckin' dweeb, all you do is read the dictionary and stay insideFuck Rap God, I'm the Rap Devil”
“They told me you mad about a tweetYou wanted me to say sorry (what?)I swear to God I ain't believe him (nah)Please say it ain't so (no)The big bad bully of the rap game can't take a fuckin' joke”

Kelly made some other disses on the track, now we just have to wait and see what Em is going to fire back with.

It’s been a while since the game has had a good beef, but Em showed the world a long time ago not to get personal with him on a track, just ask Ja Rule. Ja dissed on Hailie back in the early 00s with a line:

“Em, you claim your mother's a crackheadAnd Kim is a known slutSo what's Hailie gon' be when she grows up”

Em didn’t take this diss lightly either and showed the world with several diss tracks firing back at Ja Rule such as "Bully."

When you drag personal disses in going toe to toe with the Rap God you gotta be prepared for what he will dish back out at you. Yeah, we all know Kelly is young and hungry, but did he commit career suicide by dropping this track on Eminem? Honestly, the track itself is off the chain and both rappers are going to get a lot of publicity off the beef. This is what hip-hop is all about, and today’s generation has lost serious track on what it really is.

Eminem obviously isn’t done with the game yet, and he is here to show us that he is making a comeback from his last album Revival that wasn’t so great.
