Playlists
If playlists are the ultimate currency of coolness, we're your virtual treasury.
Jump Rope Jams
I've never been a hardcore gym monkey, but I definitely make sure I try my best to stay in shape especially with the increased temptation to stay in bed while being at home more often than usual. Nothing is a better motivator in my opinion than some good tunes. Not sure if I'm the only one who does this, but I often try to match my movements with the music so that's why my playlist can't consist of music with an out-of-control fast tempo. However, it does have to be enough to get me moving. It's easy to adjust your speed to jump along with the music too.

Confidence is the key. If you don't have it, expect to wait outside until someone unlocks that door for you. Or you could listen to these songs and bust open that window yourself you beautiful rebel.
Workout Those Ears Too!
No more excuses. If you have a great R&B playlist for working out then you have every reason to get out of bed in the morning and work those glutes for that summer body for next year. If you've been paying attention to the news recently there's a possible vaccine for covid-19 that could be available as soon as spring of next year. This could possibly suggest that summer 21 will be happening so we need to be looking our best for those summer nights ahead and those promising beach days that the majority of us sadly missed this year. So we need a great mindset, a positive attitude, the best workout trainers, the cutest gym wear, and of course the most important one of them all, a great R&B playlist to keep you going.

I stare at the stationary spin bike standing in front of me, silently mocking me. I take a deep breath in and slowly exhale before I straddle the seat.

Nothing makes a workout great like your favorite music. It makes the best workouts even better, and the not-so-great ones bearable. Listening to the right music when you’re working out will give you a huge boost of adrenaline and power you through better than any fake high you could get from a preworkout.

Not all who exercise are out to lose weight. Some of us know trying to get the slim and fit look is an unachievable task. So we'd rather work to keep our bodies healthy instead of destroying them for an impossible image.

First off let me just start by saying that music is life. Music is the key to everything in my opinion. You get in the car, you either listen to music, a podcast, or you just sit there in pure silence. Either way, music is all around us. We buy devices like wireless headphones so we can listen to music more comfortably. Some of us will go above and beyond and buy a whole set of speakers to enjoy our music. It helps us wether its at work, at the gym, at the store, or just at home. Seriously, what would we do without music?

10 Songs Covers that Don't Exist
Whether you love it or hate it when musicians cover other artists songs, it's been a long-going tradition ever since the music industry begun. Covers are everywhere through Youtube videos, karaoke nights and your local church session. There are good covers and bad covers. A good cover will bring a whole new life into a song like Placebo's cover of Kate Bush's Running Up That Hill. It can even make people forget that it's a cover at all like Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares 2 U.

The Beatles gave us music for all occasions, and all our many moods. If you're nursing heartbreak, the Fab Four have got a dozen (or two) songs for you. Conversely, if you've just found love, John, Paul, George, and Ringo have got plenty to say about that.

Running is my workout of choice because it's like a moving meditation, especially on trails, surrounded by nature. But I'm not a purist. Music is a non-negotiable for me. It's part of the whole endorphin rush experience, so I'm going to take you on a little run and an eclectic musical tour.
